Offers

Self-contained modules, activated on demand. You choose where to start and where to stop.

Offer 1 — Performance Analysis

Visualise your flows over time, identify bottlenecks, and prioritise quick actions.

Ideal if

  • You are starting and looking for a clear, factual vision.

  • You are unsure about improvement priorities.

  • You want quick action without a heavy investment.

Goals

  • Establish a list of key performance indicators (KPIs) (lead time, WIP, TRS/TRG, service rate, bottlenecks).

  • Highlight major sticking points.

  • Propose a prioritised action plan (impact/effort/risk).

Deliverables

  • Framework report.

  • Simulation model

  • Mission report

Offer 2 — Scenario testing (comparative simulation)

Measure the impact of “what if” options before acting.

Ideal if

  • You have to choose between several solutions.

  • You want to quantify gains/risks and build an ROI.

  • You need images/videos to convince stakeholders.

Goals

  • Test a limited number of scenarios (rules, resources, schedules, batch sizes, buffers, etc.).

  • Objectively compare KPIs and uncertainty between scenarios.

Deliverables

  • Framework report.

  • Simulation model

  • Mission report

Offer 3 — Flow optimization (AI / metaheuristics)

Automatic search for high-performance policies.

Ideal if

  • You are looking for rules that are robust in the face of variability.

  • You want to maximise/minimise a goal.

Goals

  • Couple the model with an optimisation engine (RL/metaheuristics).

  • Finding and documenting optimal policies.

  • Equip the decision with an interactive dashboard.

Deliverables

  • Framework report.

  • Simulation model

  • Mission report

Offer 4 — Production line design

Design a line from a blank sheet of paper.

Ideal if

  • New line project or relocation.

  • Need to size positions, buffers, staff, and internal logistics.

Goals

  • Generate/evaluate layout variants.

  • Balance the line, define buffers and ramp up.

  • Document the choices (cost, risks, performance).

Deliverables

  • Framework report.

  • Simulation model

  • Mission report

Offer 5 — Digital twins (connected to real data)

Use continuous simulation to predict and manage.

Ideal if

  • You have data (MES/ERP/IoT) and want to anticipate.

  • You are looking for bottleneck alerts and live recommendations.

  • You want a tool to help you make decisions daily.

Goals

  • Connect the model to your real data (OPC‑UA/SQL/CSV/API).

  • Automatically re-estimate parameters (takt, cycle time, variability).

  • Provide real-time dashboards and “what-if” scenarios with one click.

Deliverables

  • Framework report.

  • Simulation model

  • Mission report

Step 1: Define the mission

This step is carried out in close collaboration with the client, in order to define the administrative components and the building blocks of the modelling. This step leads to the drafting of the framing report.

Step 2: Data collection

This step requires being present on site. Its duration is of the order of one to several weeks, depending on the complexity of the workshop to be modelled.

Step 3: creation of the model(s)

Once all the data has been collected, the third step is to create the models. Depending on the complexity of the workshop and the objectives, the duration of this step can range from a few weeks to several months.

Step 4: Writing the report

Once the models are completed, the objectives are met, and the entire process is approved by the client, a report is written. This stage takes around a few weeks.
